Water Rate Change

The Board of Directors voted to adopt a rate increase at their last meeting on February 6, 2024. The increase is due to an 81% increase in our wholesale cost by the City of Osawatomie.
Patrons will see the increase starting on their March billing statements. The Base Rate will remain the same at $19.10 and water will increase $2.93 per thousand gallon. You will find these changes on the web site under Customer Service then Rates and Policies.
You will each receive a letter explaining the changes along with your bill this month.
If you have any questions you may contact the District Office or attend a monthly Board Meeting. All monthly meetings are held at the District Office at 7:00 pm and are on the First Tuesday following the first Sunday of each month
